Leadership in action!
Our older students took the lead in this special activity, pairing up with our youngest learners to create decorations for our upcoming Winter Wonderland Event.

Field Trip Fun at Common Grounds!
Ms. Stacie’s kindergarten class had an amazing day exploring Common Grounds! The students got up close with the animals, including petting and feeding a goat and a lamb. They picked fresh veggies from the garden for their pizza toppings and learned how to measure and mix ingredients to make their very own pizzas!
It was a delicious and educational adventure for our little chefs!

Ms. Elizabeth's third grade scientists have been diving into the fascinating world of forces and motion! They explored the two patterns of motion: back and forth and circular.
Using pendulums, they investigated how the length of a pendulum affects the number of swings in 10 seconds. They even discussed how this relates to clocks!
Learning has never been so fun! Great job, future scientists!

Building for the Future!
Ms. Elizabeth's fourth graders have been learning about how the Earth changes over time! They took their knowledge to the next level by designing earthquake-resistant buildings.
The students then put their designs to the test with an earthquake simulation! It was an exciting way to see science and engineering come together!

Movie Magic in ELA!
Our 7th grade students have been hard at work creating their own Movie One-Pagers! They chose their favorite kids' movies and analyzed the plot, conflict, setting, and characters using the skills we've been practicing in class.

🥳 Ice Skating Adventure! ❄️
Our amazing third and fourth graders hit the ice and had an incredible time! Many of them were first-time skaters, and by the end of the trip, they were gliding around the rink without walkers! ⛸️✨

The children helped sprinkle on the crumb topping. To their surprise, they even baked their creation in the toaster oven, making it a unique cooking adventure!
Finally, the moment everyone had been waiting for arrived: tasting the pie! The kids eagerly gathered around to see how their hard work turned out. The smiles on their faces said it all!

During their walk, the students observed the vibrant leaves on the trees and the colorful ones that had fallen to the ground. The kids were fascinated by the different shapes and sizes of the leaves, and they even took a moment to discuss the unique characteristics of evergreen trees.
After their adventure, they wrapped up the day with an epic dance-off! The kids loved showing off their best moves and enjoyed every moment together.
